Akamai Practice Management provides revenue management software and outsourced billing services to physicians in Hawaii. 

Our staff, of about forty dedicated individuals, services over 250 practices (about six hundred physicians) from two Hawaii offices; one in Honolulu and one in Kapolei.  Although we work with a handful of larger clinics, our clients typically reflect the distribution of independent physicians in our state with the majority having three or fewer physicians.  We currently support over twenty different specialties with our product “Akamai PM”. 

Akamai PM is either provided as a service (ASP) or can be installed locally and run in a client-server configuration.  We pride ourselves on being EMR agnostic and integrate with about a dozen different systems.  We are the local PM of choice for several EMR vendors.

What we do:
We provide Medical Billing and Practice Management software, clients receive training and support via phone, online, in a provider’s office and in our classroom setting at our facility.  Our classroom offers a quiet setting that enables your staff to receive training without interruption.
